Gutter system

We offer a high-quality gutter system with excellent multiple anti-corrosion treatment. This system excels in attractive look, simple assembly, long service life with minimal maintenance costs. The gutter system is produced on new modern technological equipment with a thorough control of the entire production process. The input raw material is a hot-dip galvanized metal sheet of DX 53 quality and with other surface treatments which consist of passivation, base coat and polyester HB SK 50 μm on both sides. The offer includes also a gutter system made of aluzinc metal sheet. ALUZINC is a metal sheet with a steel core, on which a layer of so-called ALUZINC with a total weight of 185 g / m², which is extremely resistant to weather conditions, is applied. This metal coating layer contains 55% aluminium, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon. Moreover, the metal sheet is covered with another layer of SPT varnish. The layer creates a unique decoration of a silver flower on the surface. It combines the protective properties of zinc and the stability of aluminium. Despite the high quality of the material used, the price of the final gutter system is extremely favourable and practically approaches the price of the gutter systems made of galvanized metal sheets, but without the need for such demanding additional maintenance. The gutter system is produced in two sizes, 125/87 and 150/97.
